A Futuristic Footbridge

Ever thought of the future, about what the world will look like after 5-10 years? We all had a glimpse the world look like in the movies like A.I (Artificial Intelligence), we all know, -even though we deny the fact- that someday, robots and some mechanical stuff can replace things and even us, human beings. But speaking of which, things like that can actually help us with our daily needs. I'm not a scientist or an inventor because I'm not very good mechanically but as a human person, I want to make people's lives easier. Here in the Philippines, we have what we call a footbridge in which some of us use in order to get to the other side of the road. Some of it do not have a roof to shield us from the sun. Imagine yourself walking at the footbridge with your make up on and high heels, by the time you get to the other side, you will look like a melted ice cream plus your feet hurts. So I thought about a much better footbridge and it looks like an elevator, the difference between the ordinary elevator is that instead of going up and down, it will run from side to side of the road. The advantage is, you won't get melted away by the sun and you won't feel exhausted.

CGMA is treated like a baby rather than a detainee

Bagay nga kay CGMA yung kanta i Justin Bieber eh "Ako'y Bine-Baby Baby Baby oh, Baby Baby akooo!". Sabi nga ni Lila De lima "She's a detainee, She shouldn't be demanding".
Well, gusto nila yan, walang basagan ng trip..
Parang sikat na celebrity nga si CGMA eh, Surrounded by the paparazzi.
Susme! Mag babagong taon na no!

I'm not sure what Love is. I don't know if I was really in love before, from my past relationships, come to think of it, maybe it wasn't "Love", baka pang "Schoolyard Puppy Love" lang.
Some movies, Romantic movies specifically, taught me what love is supposed to be. Some Romantic movies are purely fictional and some movies are rarely inspired by true events. Romantic Books/Movies like "Romeo and Juliet", "A walk to remember", "The notebook", "A love story" etc.  are the movies which showed us a beautiful, tragic, selfless, and unconditional love. I wonder if those romantic movies could happen in real life...
For me, "Love is forever". Kapag nakilala mo na yung taong nakalaan for you, you will surely feel the true definition of LOVE.

"Love is patient and kind; it is not jealous or conceited or proud; love is not ill-mannered or selfish or irritable; love does not keep a records of wrongs; love is not happy with evil, but is happy with the truth. love never gives up; and its faith, hope, and patience never fail." -- 1 Corinthians 13:4-8

EDSA to CAA

The issue about changing EDSA's name to "Cory Aquino Avenue" is too much. It's not that I'm disrespecting the late president and not recognizing what she did for our country but to change the historical name of Edsa is overboard. Tingin ko sapat nang igalang at kilalanin si Cory Aquino o kaya sana ay mag patayo ng isang magandang rebulto in her honor.
think about this: How about we change the name of the statue of liberty? ... Bad Idea, right? because it is already written in the history and that is exactly the same with EDSA. Okay, Let's see, after changing the name EDSA to CAA (Cory Aquino Avenue), then after awhile, we found a new hero, a hero who contributed a lot for our country same as Cory did, should we change it again? It is like changing your username on facebook or twitter over and over again.
Why not improve the streets of EDSA instead? rather than changing it's name.
more wider streets and more traffic officers etc.
Now, It still depends on the people and the government if they still insist to pass the bill to congress.

A real-life story of love until forever.

Earlier, while I was watching the evening news, a touching story caught my attention. It was about an old and wrinkled couple whom I think has the kind of love that we all want and admire. It started with an old lady waiting somewhere in the streets of Buendia. She wore an old dress which has a paper pinned both at the front and at the back. The paper has a picture of an old man and printed on top of that is the word 'MISSING', so with that, you can conclude that the man in the picture is missing and he must be  someone dear to the old lady. A passer-by saw and sympathized with her so he took a photo of her and posted it on Facebook, that's why it caught a lot of attention from the people including the media. When she was interviewed, she said that the old man is her husband and he was missing for weeks now. Because of the interview and the help of the many people who helped find the old man after weeks and weeks of looking, finally on a one heartfelt evening, they're finally reunited.  The old man was found lying on the streets and when the old lady saw his husband, She immediately stretched her arms towards him and hugged her beloved husband.
The story really touched me. It's even beautiful than any well-known lovestory written by well-renowned writers because it happened in real life. It is something so rare that it makes me breathless and cry and smile at the same time.
It showed that a love like that really exist in real life.
That no matter how long and wrinkled you both are, the love will remain forever and it will continue to grow stronger through time.

A Bad Day In Ortigas

"Do you ever got stuck at traffic?" Now that is not so surprising, specially kapag rush hour at Friday night. So here's the story, My Mom and I decided to go to the Megamall at 2:30 in the afternoon, sumakay kami ng Fx going to ortigas. At first, wala kaming problem with traffic so we arrived at megamall after one and a half hour and when we got there we did our thing at the mall, you know the usual window shopping, (Not Literally... You know what I mean!) and we bought Christmas decors and then pagka tapos pumunta na kami sa terminal ng FX which by the way has a long line of commuters waiting for the FX. What really sucks is there are only 5 FX and at that treminal has 3 destinations and iisa lang and FX going to our destination. Buummer!. So we waited almost an hour and finally the FX came. I was so relieved that after standing for an hour I can finally sit down. So we climbed inside the van and sat on the back and after mapuno, umandar na yung Van. On the way outside Ortigas, was really really really really TRAFFIC! so after a few minutes it was starting to get really frustrating, like every time aandar ng konti... titigil agad. Siguro if paa yung gulong, mga 5 steps lang ang inandar, not just steps... baby steps! sitting at the back of the van started to get really hot, my legs are really hot... literally. because I have this thing that I called 'Hot Flushes' because a part of my body--my legs, most of the time--gets really hot that it akes me feel uneasy and I can't take it, so sitting there with no aircondition and no air made me wish I should've wore shorts instead of pants. So after hours of misery, like 3 hours or something, we finally got out of ortigas. Pag dating namin sa subdivision that we live in, made me so happy.
The first thing I did when I entered my room, I took off my pants and drink cold water.
I never want to go back to Ortigas at Rush hour on a friday night !!
